By Defining, Measuring, Analysing, Improving & Controlling (DMIAC) we seek to reengineer clients' business processes in order to optimize efficiencies, improve quality & significantly strengthen results. We can often share the risk and rewards where capital investment is required giving rise to a risk/reward model known as 'Gainshare'.
