We began life in 2004 as a Recruitment company. As the group has developed and grown, with the addition of Evolving Training and Evolving Outsourcing, our focus on people (both ours & yours) remains the central tenet of what we do.

Further recognising that business process outsourcing performance and results are intrinsically linked to a BPO provider’s ability to source and attract the very best and most suitably qualified people, our recruitment expertise gives us that very ability to source great people for our clients’ project teams. Internally, we pursue a “Best People, Best Practices, Best Fit” programme and we are very proud of the results we continually achieve for our clients (see our client testimonials). Our approach complements but transcends the rigorous interview and testing process and ensures that each team member possesses not only the necessary qualifications and skill-set but also is a good cultural fit with your company and has the right personality and approach for the particular project team. Standalone BPO providers simply cannot offer this scope of service. So yes, the quality of our people is central to our success, attracting, maintaining, motivating and developing key people is our business - we believe in leading by example getting it right first time every time.
